Well after a decade of wanting a motorcycle, I finally got up enough courage to do something about it.  So I took a Motorcycle Safety Foundation Rider Safety Course.  I have purchased my second bike a 2002 BMW R1150RT.  I traded in the VStar and walked out a few days later with a bike.  Man is it a world of difference.  Jennifer and I can go riding for hours without getting uncomfortable.  And despite the fact that it is bigger, it is easier to pilot than the VStar.  Man it is worth the price.

Since I believing in dressing for the crash and not the ride, I do quite a bit of sweating.  However I have also started to collect various protective gear for the different weather conditions and projected distance.  So sometimes I look like a big red Gumby other times it is just leathers, and not it is BMW apparel as it is nice and cool.

Below are some pictures ... check back for more action photos.

No cup holder, but there is a radio?  No radio but there are speakers and it is wired?

Once you take my picture I am out of here.  Which one is the gas?

Probably the only time I will get to pilot it.  Got to get my own.
